Job summary

Southeast Primary Care Partners is seeking a Board-certified or Board-eligible Primary Care Physician (M.D. or D.O.) to join our Georgia-based team. You will provide comprehensive primary care, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate referrals in a multi-disciplinary setting.

You will educate patients, document care in EMR, and collaborate with PAs/NPs. A Georgia license and DEA are required, with a strong focus on preventive care and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required with Georgia license.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical diagnostic and therapeutic care.
• Refer consultations for specialty care.
• Educate patients on health management and prevention.
• Supervise physician assistants/nurse practitioners day-to-day.
• Document in EMR and promote continuity of care.
• No admitting, on-site duties with limited on-call by phone.
