Job summary

Southeast Medical Group is seeking a Board-certified Family Practice/Internal Medicine physician in Georgia. The clinician will provide comprehensive primary care, build durable patient relationships, and utilize our EMR for documentation and care coordination.

Position features a competitive base with an uncapped monthly bonus, a $30K retention bonus, malpractice coverage, and a broad benefits package. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri, 8-5, with no obstetrics and no night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be MD or DO with state license in good standing.
• Board certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine required.
• Current Georgia Medical License required.
• Valid DEA certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Treat a wide range of medical conditions and develop long‑term patient relationships.
• Create individualized healthcare programs based on patient history and data.
• Educate patients in health management and disease prevention.
• Coordinate with health plans and care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
