Job summary

Southeast Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver primary medical care, coordinate referrals, and educate patients. The role emphasizes a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.

The package includes a base salary with a lucrative bonus plan, 4 weeks PTO plus CME time and stipend, licensure and professional affiliation stipends, comprehensive health benefits, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board certification or eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
• Current Georgia medical license and DEA registration.
• Residency completed in family practice or internal medicine.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary diagnostic and therapeutic care to patients.
• Refer consultations to specialty care as needed.
• Educate patients on preventive care and health management.
• Document care and orders in the EMR system.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient-specific health programs.
• Supervise physician assistants and nurse practitioners as needed.
