CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Arlington, TX is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join an on-site clinical team focused on seniors. You will see 12–15 patients daily, with longer 45-minute visits and substantial direct patient care.

You will report to the Associate Medical Director, work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and participate in a generous benefits program including CME allowance, relocation and sign-on options, and robust time off.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certified or board eligible in geriatrics, family medicine, or internal medicine.
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of employment (or willing to obtain).
• Current, unrestricted DEA license.

Responsabilités

You will have the opportunity take a hands‑on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinants of health are affecting health outcomes. As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to our Associate Medical Director. This role will be onsite and in-person at the CenterWell Senior Primary Care Clinic in Arlington (Pantego), Texas.

A day in the life of a CenterWell physician

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Join an experienced team with an established patient panel
• See 12-15 patients per day . Opportunity to spend more time with patients
• Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes)
• Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient-facing time and general administrative time as it relates to direct patient care

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
• Current, unrestricted DEA license

Use your skills to make an impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two+ years of experience
• 1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage.
• Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
