Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
• Check-in/check-out, verify patient information, schedule appointments, and manage referrals.
• Post charges, handle cash transactions, and educate patients on forms and policies.
• Prepare encounter forms and manage chart documentation and records.
• Answer phones, disseminate messages, and maintain patient records accurately.
