Mercy Oncology (Hwy 102) in Springdale, AR, is seeking a Full-time Primary Care Patient Care RN to support the primary care team. Hours are Mon-Fri, 7:00am–5:00pm, with a focus on safe, timely, and equitable patient-centered care under the direction of the primary care operations team.

The role requires an accredited RN program completion and active RN/LPN licensure per state requirements, along with BLS and other unit-specific certifications, while meeting physical demands of the position.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program (RN).
• RN or LPN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure and must meet state board requirements.
• Must meet physical requirements: push/pull 50 pounds, stand/walk for long periods, and ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care under the direction of primary care operations.
• Partner with patients, providers, and care team to drive quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers to support daily clinical operations.
