Mercy Oncology (Hwy 102) is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care RN to work full-time with Mercy Primary Care Providers. This role emphasizes safe, timely, effective, patient-centered care and collaboration with patients and the care team in alignment with Mercy Service Standards.

The position requires a nursing degree, RN or LPN licensure in-state or via compact licensure, and ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• RN or LPN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Physical requirements: positions may require lifting 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, and the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.

• Work under the direction of the primary care operations team with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver patient-centered care.
• Partner with patients, providers, and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes.
