Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers, delivering patient-centered care in a team-based setting in Fort Smith, AR.

The role requires an RN license, BLS and state/compact licensure, with a focus on safe, timely, efficient, and equitable care aligned to Mercy Service Standards. You will collaborate with patients and the clinical team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

  • RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
  • BLS certification or certification within 30 days of hire.
