Job summary

Mercy Clinic NE J St. in Rogers, AR is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care RN to support Mercy Primary Care Providers in delivering safe, timely, effective, and equitable patient-centered care. You will partner with patients and clinicians to drive quality outcomes in a systematic way.

This full-time position requires an RN or LPN license, with hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and opportunities for professional development within Mercy’s comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • RN or LPN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure per state nursing requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with Mercy Primary Care Providers.
  • Partner with patients, clinicians and care team to drive quality outcomes.
  • Perform duties in alignment with Mercy mission, values and standards.
