Job summary

Mercy Oncology (Hwy 102) in Arkansas is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care RN to work full-time under the primary care operations team. You will collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, and patient-centered care consistent with Mercy Service Standards.

The role requires RN or LPN licensure in-state or compact licensure, BLS certification (or within 30 days), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• RN license or LPN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure with nursing duties performed and must meet state board requirements.
• BLS certification required or must complete within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds; prolonged standing and walking; ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
