Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant based in San Francisco, CA. You will manage a diverse patient panel, handle in-person and testing center visits, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds. Remote telehealth is possible with credentialing expansion to other states.

Requirements include CA licensure, an accredited NP/PA program with national certification, and 2 years outpatient primary care (or equivalent). LARC insertions and colposcopy are pluses.

Qualifications

• Accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• California license by start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner with either 2 years outpatient primary care or 1 year outpatient with fellowship or 1+ year urgent care.
• Experience in LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with broad patient needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states.
