Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients across the lifespan for acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, preventive services, and health maintenance.
• Order, perform, and interpret labs, imaging, ECGs, and point-of-care tests within scope.
• Perform office-based procedures such as minor wound care, injections, and skin lesion treatment.
• Conduct annual wellness visits and preventive screenings per evidence-based guidelines.
• Coordinate referrals to specialty care and other providers as clinically indicated.
