Job summary

One Medical seeks a licensed clinician (FNP or PA) to manage a patient panel across acute, chronic, and well visits. You will treat patients in-office, at testing centers, or via tele-health, with ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and team huddles.

Applicants must have CA licensure by start date and have 5 years of outpatient primary care experience or equivalent. Strong communication with diverse patients and comfort using technology are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• CA state license required by start date.
• 5 years of Advanced Practitioner experience in outpatient primary care (all ages) or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office, testing centers, or via tele-health.
• Participating in Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in more states.
