Job summary

One Medical, based in Berkeley, CA, is seeking a dedicated NP/PA clinician to join our full-time team. You will manage a robust patient panel, provide in-office and testing-center care, and conduct occasional tele-health visits to support comprehensive primary care.

Successful candidates hold an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification, possess a California license by start date, and have recent outpatient primary care experience.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• Within 5 years, practiced as Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care for 2 years (or 1 year plus fellowship or urgent care).
• State licensed in California by your start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Be willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in more states.
