Job summary

One Medical is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to manage a diverse patient panel, delivering acute, chronic, and preventive care. The role includes in-office and testing center visits, with occasional tele-health care, and ongoing participation in Clinical Rounds.

The position requires NP or PA certification, CA licensure by start date, and recent outpatient primary care experience. Relocation may be available and base compensation is competitive.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care, or 1 year with a fellowship/urgent care.
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training and performing in-office procedures when needed.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
