One Medical in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) for a full-time role to join our patient-centered care team. You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, and provide in-office or tele-health care with collaboration during daily huddles.

Requirements include completion of an accredited NP/PA program with national certification, NJ state licensure by start date, and at least two years in outpatient primary care (or one year plus

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care, or 1 year in outpatient primary care plus 1 year in urgent care/fellowship.
• State licensed in New Jersey by start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs (acute, chronic, well visits).
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits.
• Participating in Clinical Rounds and daily in-office/virtual team huddles.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures where appropriate.
