Job summary

One Medical in Oakland, CA is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, alternating in-office, testing centers, and occasional tele-health visits.

You will participate in Clinical Rounds, collaborate with in-person and virtual teams, and pursue additional state licensure for virtual care in other states. California license required by start date.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• California state license by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, or via tele-health visits.
• Participate in Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when needed.
• Obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states.
