Bookmark Medical is seeking an experienced Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our Springfield, TN team. The role offers a base salary range of $115,000 - $135,000 with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans. Collaboration with specialists and EMR proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; current certification and licensure.
• At least one year of APP experience, preferably in primary care.
• Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Promote health education and disease prevention.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with specialists and other providers for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts.
• Stay current with medical advancements in primary care.
