Bookmark Medical in Springfield, TN is seeking an experienced Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join our established team. This full-time role offers 30 hours or more per week and a base salary between $115,000 and $145,000 plus incentives.

You will provide comprehensive care, perform exams, diagnose and manage conditions, coordinate with specialists, and maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; current certification and licensure.
• At least one year of APP experience, preferably in primary care.
• Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
