Bookmark Medical is seeking an experienced Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join our established Primary Care team in Newburyport, MA. The role offers a transparent compensation model and access to advanced clinical tools, with a base salary of $120,000–$145,000 plus incentives.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care, collaborate with a skilled team, and contribute to delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with current certification and licensure.
• At least one year of APP experience, preferably in primary care.
• Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Promote health education and disease prevention.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts.
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care.
