Bookmark Medical is seeking an experienced Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our established Primary Care team in Taunton, MA. The role offers a base salary of $120,000 to $145,000 with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care, perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans within a collaborative environment that values patient-centered care and innovation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; current certification and licensure.
• At least one year of APP experience, preferably in primary care.
• Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Promote health education and disease prevention.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts.
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care.
