Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain APRN or PA licensure as required by Illinois law.

• Licensure/certification appropriate to APRN or PA as determined by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-diverse care from pediatric to geriatric.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers; refer as needed.
• Coordinate care across Memorial Health facilities in the Springfield region.
• Under physician direction, coordinate the respective department or work area.
