Memorial Health is seeking a Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider for our South Sixth Street Primary Care Team in Springfield, IL. The role runs 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.

You will treat patients of all ages under physician supervision and coordinate comprehensive care across the lifespan. The APRN or PA must hold Illinois licensure with CPR (and ACLS where required).

Qualifications

• APRN or PA licensure in Illinois required.
• CPR certification required.
• DEA license if required by role.

Responsabilités

• Treat patients of all ages across the lifespan.
• Coordinate care under a physician or designee.
• Collaborate and refer to other health care providers as needed.
• Provide patient advocacy, teaching, and family counseling.
