One Medical is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Berkeley, CA team as a full-time provider. The role involves managing a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive visits, with in-office, testing center, and telehealth duties.

Candidates must hold California licensure by start date, be nationally certified, and have 5 years of advanced practice experience in outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• Licensed in California by your One Medical start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year in outpatient primary care plus 1 year in urgent care or a primary care fellowship.
• Experience in LARC insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates daily and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
