Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) in our West LA location. You will manage a patient panel, provide in-office, center-based, and telehealth care, and participate in ongoing clinical rounds.

The role emphasizes human-centered primary care and collaboration with diverse teams. Eligible candidates hold an accredited NP or PA program certification and California licensure, with 2 years in outpatient primary care (or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care).

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient primary care settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Strong communication with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, or via telehealth as needed.
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams to coordinate care.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
