Bookmark Medical in Oro Valley, AZ is seeking an experienced Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join our established Primary Care team. You will provide comprehensive care across a diverse patient population, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans while promoting health education and preventive care.
Ideal candidates have at least one year of APP experience, current NP/PA certification, and proficiency with EMR systems.
Formación
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; current certification and licensure.
- Strong clinical skills and collaborative mindset are required.
- At least one year of APP experience, preferably in primary care.
Responsabilidades
- Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population
- Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Promote health education and disease prevention
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
