Village Medical – Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Family Medicine or Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our established Primary Care team. You will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, perform exams, develop personalized treatment plans, educate patients, and coordinate with specialists while staying current with best practices.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program and current certification/licensure.
• At least one year of APP experience, preferably in primary care.
• Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Promote health education and disease prevention.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts.
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care.
