Job summary

Bookmark Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established primary care team in Buckeye, AZ. The role focuses on comprehensive primary care services and patient-centered care supported by a value-based compensation model.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the educational requirements for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant through an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience as an NP or PA in primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management.
• Perform patient evaluations, physical examinations, and appropriate diagnostic assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Educate patients on preventive health, disease management, and treatment options.
