Job summary

BIGH Management LLC is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver comprehensive primary care across the valley in Arizona. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, chronic disease management, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

You will provide preventive care, maintain thorough records, and engage in ongoing quality improvement while keeping up with medical advances. This full-time exempt position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active and unrestricted state license as NP or PA.
• BLS certification current.
• Active DEA registration.
• Ability to provide two professional references.
• Minimum of one year of primary care clinical experience.
• Experience in longitudinal patient care and continuity of care.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care in a value-based model.
• Diagnose, treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions.
• Participate in quality improvement programs and evaluate metrics.
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Provide preventive care and health education to patients.
