Qualifications

• Active APRN or PA license in CO (or ability to obtain before employment).
• Prescribing authority or ability to obtain before employment.
• DEA license or ability to obtain before employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in outpatient setting.
• See patients across adult to senior populations; manage daily census.
• Formulate diagnostic and treatment plans; prescribe and manage therapies.
• Order labs and imaging; coordinate care with specialists.
• Ensure timely and complete documentation.
• Maintain quality of care standards per practice.
