Job summary

Optum Colorado is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Evergreen clinic team in the Denver area. This outpatient position offers a collaborative, physician-led environment with a strong focus on value-based care and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted APRN or PA license in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in outpatient setting.
• Comfortable seeing adults and seniors; average daily census 18-20 patients.
• Complete timely and thorough documentation.
• Formulate diagnostic and treatment plans.
• Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and procedures.
• Order lab and imaging tests and advise on follow-up.
• Coordinate care with specialists and appropriate ancillary services.
• Maintain quality of care standards as defined by the practice.
