Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Wellesley, MA. You will manage a panel of patients in a primary care setting, coordinating continuing care and collaborating with specialists to optimize outcomes.

You will provide comprehensive exams, adapt treatment plans based on responses, and lead care plan supervision while partnering with patients and families for optimal health results.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an Accredited NP or PA program
• Active, unrestricted MA NP or PA license
• National Board Certification
• Current active Mass DPH CS Registration or ability to obtain post-hire
• Current active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire
• Maintains BLS certification, professional certification as appropriate

Aufgaben

• Comprehensive, longitudinal clinical and administrative coordination for a specific patient panel.
• Examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients in a primary care setting with care plan supervision.
• Oversees monitoring and management of acute and chronic illnesses; acts as care plan author and supervisor.
• Partners with patients and families to manage care plans.
• Provides consultation for hospitalized patients within the panel.
• Directs and supports staff to ensure department effectiveness and efficiency

Ausbildung

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program graduate

Massachusetts NP/PA license (active, unrestricted)

National Board Certification

Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration (active or ability to obtain post-hire)

DEA licensure/prescriptive authority (active or ability to obtain post-hire)

BLS certification (active)
