Job summary

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Peabody, MA team. You will provide comprehensive primary care within a patient panel and coordinate both clinical and administrative aspects of care.

You will conduct exams, diagnose and treat, develop and supervise care plans, and collaborate with families and specialists. We offer professional growth and a supportive, value-based work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program; Masters level preferred.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts board of registration in Nursing.
• National Board Certification.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive, longitudinal clinical and administrative coordination of a panel of patients.
• Examination, diagnosis and treatment in a primary care setting; supervise care plan and referrals.
• Oversee monitoring and management of patients with acute and chronic illnesses; adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with patients and families to manage care plans; provide consultation for hospitalized patients.
• Provide direction and support to staff to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency.
