Job summary

One Medical is seeking a licensed NP or PA for a full-time primary care role based in San Francisco (Castro office). You will manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive visits, with in-office procedures as needed and occasional telehealth.

You’ll collaborate daily with in-person and virtual teams, expanding credentials for multi-state virtual care. The position requires CA licensure by start date and practice in outpatient primary care with 2+ years of experience, or

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• California state license by start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year with a fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• Experience in LARC insertion and colposcopy procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing modalities for continuous learning.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
