Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking a Primary Care Medical Assistant to deliver patient-centered care in a value-based practice. The role supports providers, rooms patients, records vital signs, histories, and coordinates care beyond visits.

The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and capable of working at the top of their scope within a collaborative care model. Expect teamwork, ongoing learning, and scheduled weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or minimum of two years’ experience in primary care.
• Experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting preferred.
• MA or phlebotomy certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients; obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints.
• Assist providers with in-clinic visits and health assessments.
• Support virtual encounters from the clinic setting.
• Document clinical data in the EHR.
• Coordinate preventive and ongoing care via outreach.
