OnePeak Medical in Oregon is seeking a passionate Medical Provider (NP/PA/MD/DO) to join our growing team. You will deliver comprehensive medical services, build lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to advance whole-person health.

We offer guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+ per year, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package while supporting a four-day work week with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Oregon license active or eligible for NP/PA/MD/DO.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order labs/imaging, diagnose conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions and therapies.
• Educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and staff.
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement, and training.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner*, PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in using electronic health records
