Job summary

OnePeak Medical in Oregon is seeking a Medical Provider to join our growing team. This role provides comprehensive medical services and partners with a high-functioning care team to deliver whole-person, functional medicine.

The position offers a four-day workweek with no nights or weekends, strong clinical support, and competitive compensation with a comprehensive benefits package. You'll educate patients and contribute to preventive care.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner, PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health records.
• Nurse Practitioner Licenses Accepted: FNP; AGNP; AGNP-PC.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine.
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.

• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
