Qualifications

• Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan.
• Perform preventive health assessments and chronic disease management.
• Diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct histories and physical exams and coordinate care with specialists.
