Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• Current NP/PA certification with SC licensure or eligibility.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Perform preventive, routine, and problem-focused evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and ongoing care management
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Provide preventive health education, counseling, and screening
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and the care team
• Promote continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships
• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
• Support growth and development of the primary care practice

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current NP or PA certification and South Carolina licensure/eligibility
• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related primary care experience preferred
• New graduate candidates with strong clinical training may be considered
• BLS certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
