Qualifications

• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of five years of primary care experience.
• Self-starters who take initiative and bring focus and urgency to achieving results.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to build consensus while maintaining momentum.

Responsibilities

• Serve as educator and clinical resource for Advanced Practice Providers across Primary Care.
• Maintain a clinical home at one Baystate Health primary care location while educating APPs.
• Develop and implement a robust training curriculum for APPs across the service line.
