We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our employed Advanced Practice team as an Advanced Practice Team Educator within Primary Care.
The Primary Care service line includes 15 practices across the Pioneer Valley of western Massachusetts. The Advanced Practice Team Educator will work across this network while maintaining a clinical home at one Baystate Health primary care locations.

Salary Range: $128,000K- $175,000K.
