Baystate Health in western Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our employed Advanced Practice team as an Advanced Practice Team Educator within Primary Care. You will serve as an educator and resource for APPs across 15 practices, dedicating time to curriculum development and ongoing education.
You will partner with the Primary Care APP Supervisor to implement training, lead orientation for new APPs, and coordinate continuous learning

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our employed Advanced Practice team as an Advanced Practice Team Educator within Primary Care.
The Primary Care service line includes 15 practices across the Pioneer Valley of western Massachusetts. The Advanced Practice Team Educator will work across this network while maintaining a clinical home at one Baystate Health primary care location.

Qualifications: Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of five years of primary care experience. Candidates should be self-starters who take initiative and bring focus and urgency to achieving results. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, with the ability to build consensus while maintaining momentum and avoiding prolonged processes.
Salary Range: $128,000K- $175,000K.
