Job summary

Baystate Health in western Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our employed Advanced Practice team as an Advanced Practice Team Educator within Primary Care. You will serve as an educator and resource for APPs across 15 practices, dedicating time to curriculum development and ongoing education.

You will partner with the Primary Care APP Supervisor to implement training, lead orientation for new APPs, and coordinate continuous learning

Qualifications

• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with minimum five years of primary care experience.
• Candidates should be self-starters with initiative and urgency to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as educator and clinical resource for Advanced Practice Providers across the Primary Care service line.
• Develop and implement training curriculum for APPs across the primary care service line.
• Design and lead clinical orientation programming for newly hired APPs.
• Coordinate and deliver ongoing educational and performance improvement programs.
• Maintain a clinical practice at one Baystate Health primary care location.
