Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our employed Advanced Practice team as an Advanced Practice Team Educator within Primary Care in western Massachusetts. The role focuses on education and clinical support for APPs across the Primary Care service line, with protected time for curriculum development and orientation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of primary care experience and board certification; they will maintain a clinical home

Qualifications

• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of five years of primary care experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to build consensus while maintaining momentum.

Responsibilities

• Serve as educator and clinical resource for Advanced Practice Providers across the Primary Care service line.
• Design and lead clinical orientation programming for newly hired APPs.
• Coordinate and deliver ongoing educational and performance improvement programs across the APP team.
• Maintain a clinical practice at a Baystate Health primary care location while fulfilling educator/administrative duties.
