Job summary

Mysemg is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) for our Primary Medical Group in a multi-location outpatient setting in Georgia. The role emphasizes collaborative care with physicians, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, ordering tests, and patient education.

Eligibility requires PA/NP graduation and Georgia licensure; travel to multiple sites is expected. A generous benefits package accompanies a base salary with a lucrative bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
• Current licensure and prescriptive authority through the Georgia Board (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-ray, EKG).
• Prescribe medications and treatments to address patient conditions.
• Educate patients on conditions, treatment plans and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver care.
• Perform additional duties to support patient care and organizational objectives.
• Participate in limited on-call duties, primarily phone-based.
