Job summary

Southeast Medical Group, based in Georgia, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our Primary Medical Group. The APP will work in collaboration with Family Practice and Internal Medicine physicians to deliver a coordinated care model in outpatient settings with potential inpatient duties.

Must have primary care experience and be licensed with prescriptive authority in Georgia. Expect a competitive base salary with a strong bonus program and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
• Current licensure and prescriptive authority through the Georgia Board.
• Must have Primary Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in outpatient settings.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays, EKGs).
• Prescribe medications and treatments to address conditions effectively.
• Educate patients on conditions, plans, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Participate in limited on-call duties, primarily phone-based.
