Job summary

Mysemg is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our Primary Medical Group in a collaborative, patient-centered role. You will work with Family Practice and Internal Medicine physicians to deliver evidence-based care in outpatient settings, with potential inpatient duties based on group needs.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing conditions, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, educating patients, and participating in limited on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
• Current licensure and prescriptive authority in Georgia (or applicable state).
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across primary care.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and EKGs.
• Prescribe meds and treatments as needed.
• Educate patients to promote engagement and adherence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Support patient care and organizational goals.
• Limited on-call duties, primarily phone-based.
