Job summary

Mysemg is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join a collaborative clinic team in Georgia. The APP will manage populations with chronic and acute care, primarily in an outpatient setting alongside primary care physicians and specialists.

The role involves diagnosing/treating conditions, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and counseling patients. Requires GA licensure, prescriptive authority, BLS, and 2+ years of primary care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate credit for PA/NP Program.
• Current Licensure through the Georgia Board.
• Current prescriptive authority from the Georgia Board.
• Current BLS from American Heart Association.
• 2+ years of primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care consistent with licensure and certification.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, infections).
• Orders and interprets diagnostic labs, x-rays, and EKG.
• Prescribes medications and other treatments as needed.
• Counsels patients on disease conditions, treatment, and expected outcomes.
• Work with a collaborative team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.
