Job summary

Southeast Medical Group in Stockbridge, GA is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our Primary Medical Group. The APP will support primary care teams, manage chronic and acute conditions, order tests, prescribe therapies, and educate patients in outpatient settings.

Requirements include PA/NP program graduate, current Georgia licensure and BLS, and willingness to travel to multiple locations. Competitive compensation with a strong bonus structure and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current BLS
• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
• Current licensure and prescriptive authority through the Georgia Board (or equivalent state board)
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs, x-rays, and EKGs
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Educate patients on their conditions and treatment plans
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver care
• Participate in limited on-call duties
