OSF HealthCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established Internal Medicine practice in Danville, IL. You will assess patients, diagnose, and develop care plans based on current guidelines and research.

Responsibilities include educating patients and families, coordinating care, and implementing interventions. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with excellent work-life balance and no weekend calls.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies.
• Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
• Certification by ANCC or NCCPA.

Aufgaben

• Perform patient assessment and assign diagnosis based on data and current research.
• Establish plan of care and implement interventions per care paths and standards.
• Provide education and counseling to patients, families and groups.
• Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm; no call or weekends.

Ausbildung
